Equality Objectives

Our policies and procedures ensure that we attempt to remove, or at least minimising disadvantages suffered by people due to their protected characteristics and take steps to meet the needs of people from protected groups where these are different from the needs of other people.  We ensure that when introducing new procedures in the school we consider the impact on all people including those with protected groups / characteristics
